Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury items, all sales are final unless the item meets one of the return eligibility conditions listed below. Each item is carefully inspected, documented, and authenticated prior to shipment.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if one of the following applies:

  • Item Not as Described
    The item received materially differs from the description or photos shown in the product listing.

  • Authenticity Issue
    The item is proven to be not authentic. Buyers must provide written documentation from a reputable third-party authentication service within the return request window.

  • Damage During Shipping or Handling
    The item arrives damaged due to shipping or handling and the damage was not disclosed in the original listing.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Fit, sizing, or wearability concerns

  • Preference or expectation differences

  • Normal wear consistent with pre-owned items

  • Failure to review the product description, measurements, or photos

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Return Request Window

  • All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, to ClassChic@ClassChicCuration.com

  • Requests must include:

    • Clear photos and/or video evidence of the issue

    • A written explanation of the concern

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Condition of Approved Returns

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned in the exact condition received

  • All original packaging, accessories, dust bags, boxes, and authentication materials must be included

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage after delivery will be rejected

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection approval.
